So how does this work?
We are NDIS Consultants that work with multiple NDIS providers to assist them find participants suitable for the accommodation and service capacity which we are funded by the providers that we work with, so it’s free for Support Coordinators.
Our focus is to support and provide consultation to the Service Providers to ensure that the service that is provided to the participants that we onboard for them is delivered to the expectation and of high quality.
We will support the Service providers with appointing and recruiting the right team for the participant in the right accommodation.
As part of our commitment, we will support the SUPPORT TEAM and train them to ensure that the service meets the standards and expectations including PBSP and RP.
We will also conduct frequent unscheduled spot visitations to ensure that the service is being delivered as expected.
Our aim is to change the attitudes of Support Workers from a baby-sitting mentality to a proactive and capacity building approach through our NDIS Consultancy support framework to help Service providers meet industry standards.
